FAQs

oktoberfest is exclusively for those that pre-book.
All camping pitches have now sold out.

You should all now hopefully have your tickets sat safely in your inbox, ready to go. Tickets are sent out via email directly after booking. Please make sure you download or print off your tickets before you make your way to the River Dart Country Park so that we can scan your tickets directly from your phone/tablet when you arrive.
Please also double check your tickets and that you have what you need to get in. Accidents can happen when booking in a rush and on the off chance you've booked too many pitches please let us know.
You must have one pitch ticket per pitch (includes one adult weekend ticket per pitch) and one ticket per adult and/or child also in attendance.

Camping Entry Times:
Thursday 12.00 – 20.00
Friday 10:00 - 22:00
Saturday 10:00 - 17:00
It will not be possible to drive into the campsite outside of these times. If you are late arriving there is a small holding area you can camp in for the night and then move onto your pitch in the morning when it’s light and safe to do so.

I’ve already booked but I need to add more tickets:
No problem. There are no more pitches available but if you need to book tickets for additional passengers you can still do this. If you can, please book all your tickets in advance. This helps speed things up on entry and gives us and the Park a good idea on total numbers going into the weekend which massively helps prepare the facilities etc. If you log back into your account you can add the extra adult/child tickets and extra nights to your booking. Follow the steps below to log into your account if you’ve forgotten your details.

Extra adult, child and extra night tickets will be available through the website until Monday 20th September.
If you need to add extra tickets you can easily add them to your booking by logging into your ticket account - https://oktoberfest.nuwebgroup.com/login

You can book extra night tickets online by logging into your account.

Logging into your ticket account:
When you booked tickets, you will have set up an account with NuTickets (our ticket Supplier). All you need to do is login to this account with the email address you originally purchased the tickets with. If you checked out as a guest, you can still log in using the email address that you used. Follow this link - https://oktoberfest.nuwebgroup.com/login

I can’t find my tickets / I can't log in to my account:

Firstly - Follow this link - https://oktoberfest.nuwebgroup.com/login
If you’ve forgotten your password, then click ‘forgotten password’ and reset your password like you would with any other account you’ve set up in the past. Once you’ve done this, you’ll have access to your account and tickets.
You can also log into your account and add extra tickets if you need them.

If you booked recently but you can’t find them, please check your junk mail folder.
If you still can’t locate them, please let us know as soon as you can.
As of 5th October we will be on site setting up, so if you leave it until then to contact us you may not get a response in time – which will slow things down for everyone on the gate.

Pitch Allocations:
You should all be aware of your pitch allocations as you will have used the site map when booking and should have received an email from us with confirmation. If you have the pitch number but you’re unsure where the pitch is, remember to take note of the field name and pitch number (if you have one) and ask the team on the gate when you arrive - they will be able to direct you.
If you have booked single or double pitches in Lower Riverside, Picnic Meadow or Walled Garden please be aware that these areas unallocated camping. We will reserve group pitches in these areas but small groups and singles will not be marked out individually. So it will be a case of turning up and picking a nice, free spot.

Pitches:
Most pitches are approx. 7m x 7m in size. The pitches will be numbered or labelled with group names if you’ve booked as part of a group/club. Please double check you’re in the right pitch before you set up. Electric Hook Up is only for those that have booked it. If you didn’t book it – don’t use it.

Can I camp for just one night and how much is it?
If you want to camp at Oktoberfest you will need to book a weekend camping ticket.
Weekend tickets are valid for camping on Friday and Saturday. It’s up to you how many nights you wish to camp but the price is the same.
