Pitch Allocation:

Your tickets will be emailed to you directly after you have completed your booking to the email address you booked under.
Pitch numbers and camping allocations will then be allocated one month prior to the event and will be added to your booking. This is to help us satisfy the requirements of as many of you as possible, as we get a lot of group and club bookings. To find out your pitch number please make sure you check your booking before you make your way to Oktoberfest.
We firstly fill the pitches in Fields 1 - 6 and once these are full we allocate bookings to the Picnic Meadow and Lower Riverside, which for the exception of a few clubs, is un-allocated camping. So it's just a case of rocking up and finding a space to camp for the weekend.

Please note: We don't use the same pitch numbering system or field names as the River Dart Country Park. The map above shows the field numbers and locations we use. It is not to scale and does not hold all information including the location of all EHU boxes.

Club bookings/Group bookings:

If you're with a club or a group of friends and you all want to camp together it is really important you let us know. There is a box you can fill out when booking, please add this information to this box so we can do our best to allocate you all together.

To ensure we are able to camp you all together, we strongly recommend that you all book your tickets/pitches around the same time and state clearly in the booking process that you wish to camp together. Quoting a club name or group name/surname is very useful. It can be difficult to site groups of friends together if there is a long time between bookings, or if some members forget to state they wish to camp as part of your group. We do our very best to put everyone together, but if they are not booked around the same time we can't guarantee it.
If you are a big group and have further requirements, please contact us directly – info@oktoberfestuk.com
